建议领导们给老百姓规划摆摊的地方，引导商贩去固定位置摆摊。

比起整治，我们更愿意看到政府都提供了哪些地方，让商贩得以安置乐业，从而彻底解决商贩摆摊与位置不对的矛盾。既然占道经营不对，那周边哪里摆摊才对？
