16px;"><strong>汽车东站西北宗地</strong></span>位于莱山区，汽车东站西北，东至用地边界，西、北至规划路，南至用地边界，为商服用地，项目面积2.41094公顷，收回收购价格12995万元。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;"><span style="font-size: normal;">一期三个地块改造完成后，剩余的G、H地块在2013年启动了征收工作，但进展一直比较缓慢，原因是在征迁期间无法联系上近200户原住居民，致使原土地证、原房产证的注销手续迟迟没有完成。</p></section></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: normal;">2021年10月，芝罘区白石改造一期G、H1两宗地块正式出让，在经历了不大不小的风波之后，被烟台市城市建设投资有限责任公司（烟台蓝天投资开发集团有限公司投资子公司）以总价8.59亿元竞得。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">白石-铁姆肯片区城市更新改造H1、H2地块工程总承包（EPC）项目于2023年4月开工。目前工程已经接近尾声，安置房项目计划于2025年5月联合属地政府及办事处陆续分批次交付。</p></section></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 说我们这 符合。30年了也没拆。定位胜利路公安大院。房老的不能在老啦。在往下一点。联通公司路北。有的人家下雨都漏雨。。但愿政府落实到位。

真好，这买卖最后还有政府负责兜底回收，别说回收价低于出让价，最后甩货阶段能卖出去就行，何况回收价还不低

烟台市城市建设投资有限责任公司图啥？ 这就少了七千万。
烟台自然资源与规划局收回不会又放几年，然后再低价转让吧。
